Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not send a product to the supplier or any address without receiving return instructions from us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund. When the issue is confirmed to be caused by damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, Legendary Drinkware will cover the appropriate return shipping costs.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original and unused condition.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
